Not user friendly from the start

I needed an easy to use solution for sending faxes from my phone. I used general common sense and set up the app the way I thought it should be configured. I tried sending a cover page only fax and keep getting an error that the account was not active. There is no explanation on how to set up an account. Ive spent 20 minutes trying to navigate and not real happy with this app. Ill try another.
