Finally a fax service that is completely affordable, user friendly, and intuitive. MaxEmail, just killed the Fax machine forever. Well done. The iPhone is now complete.

Ive had MaxEmail for ~5 years and its great...affordable, easy to use, & accessible. iPhone app makes it even more mobile - youll never need a fax machine again. Nice integration on sending PDFs with open in as well as being able to take photos.

I have been a maxemail customer for years. I love their fax to email service. This app only makes their service that much better. I have been hoping they would create an app and finally they did. THANK YOU! The only suggestion I have is to create a version that is compatible with the iPad. The iPhone version works on the iPad, but its small and harder to use.

After going through all of the motions of downloading you find out you have to sign up for a free trial. (after the app store says its free). After signing up for the 30 day free trial it asks for a credit card number. So its NEITHER free or a free trial. I deleted it immediately after because I was disappointed that it was suppose to be free and I wasted an hour of my time on it.

Greezy Festerpuss, get real. You complain that the service isnt free, when it says that quite plainly on the itunes store: the very first line says "requires any MaxEmail subscription, including free trial." What is misleading about that?! Thats an unfair and unreasonable reason to give the app a low rating. Like many, many apps, the app is free but the subscription service itself is not, beyond the free trial. As a subscriber of several years, its a great value but like most things worthwhile it is not free.

Yet another "free app" that costs you 9.95/month and reviews are obviously contrived. Seriously, three positive reviews with "economical" and "affordable". total deception.

I gave this app 2 stars because every time I send a fax the app freezes up and I have to reset it just to get it to open back up and work correctly. Other than that the app is amazing. I can send faxes with no problem, no machine, no cords, absolutely amazing. Just needs to have the bugs fixed and I wld give it five stars.

Too much trouble to sign up and then u must pay for a membership. Try fax burner.

When sending a fax, all it shows is a spinning progress indicator with no indication whether it has actually gone through or not. What would be better is additional feedback that states whether its in the MaxEmail queue, whether its in the process of being sent, how many pages have been sent, etc. I tried faxing a 3 page doc using the app and have no idea if it went through.

This app has really saved us a lot of money. We no longer purchase toner every month. Great app. Use it from iPad while on the road.

No registration area in settings. Need to use the app ASAP, which is why I downloaded it. Please suggest

Good job. The account set up was easy, software is simple to use, saved me a trip to the UPS store. I think this is the first review Ive ever written for an application. I just thought people should know that this wasnt as weird or complicated as I had anticipated. I appreciate it.

Does what it is supposed to do, but not only do I get pretty regular emails trying to upsell me on the pay version, I keep getting email "faxes" from unknown numbers that are nothing more than Spam, Spam, Spam.

Not really free when a credit card is required to sign up

Great app!, I can take a picture of a document with phone or iPad, fax it from device. No more, people calling and saying “is your fax working, I can’t get thru!” No more finding junk faxes wasting all your paper and ink! Works with my apps or applications on mac devices. Or I can go to app and type in text and send or add document there. My neighbor needed to fax some documents, I came over, took a picture and sent them from her living room! IF I am out and someone says, just sent you a fax, can you look at it, I can from any device! Nad no more phone line to pay for just to receive faxes!!! And if I had a problem, I emailed, never imagined I would hear back, and got a fast response and answer to issue!!!!! and you can send images, a lot of fax apps song send photos, while not in color ( or haven’t tried this year) they come out well, and if someone sends me a photo it comes out well. Very happy customer! and to the people that complain about the credit card issue, the app is free, but you do have to pay for the service, and for 7-10.00 a month for 250 faxes and that you can do on your phone…..come on, “ what do you want for nuthin… a rubber biscuit?"

I have been using the app since its inception. Its solid. I have suggested for customers needed an online fax. Worth the money.

Great price! Easy to use! Definitely recommend this one! I would not mind local fax numbers do!
