MaxEmail Fax - Scan, Sign, Send & Receive Faxes App Reviews

Seems to work just f one for me. Haven’t used the fax feature very often but I do use the voice mail feature but it never shows who the message came from. Always just states “From unknown numbers”, so I’m not sure why it does that. No complaints to speak of.

App used to work. Now it will not attach a pdf to a fax, rendering it useless. Giving it 1 star until its fixed.

Scanning is poor and the output is bad.

I have used this service for 6 years and it is wonderful! The app is so nice because I can quickly look at my faxes and send a fax right from my iPad!!!! The use of the sending feature can be a little confusing, but that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5!

My faxes seem to never go through all the way. Itll send fine on my end, but doesnt get to the recipient. Ive tried several times, and I still receive emails saying to retry. Please help!

Ive used Maxemail for years. Its nice to finally have a great complementary app to go with it.

Second attempt writing this. All pages did not go through. Could potentially have lost me s significant amount of $$$. Extremely unhappy.

Ive been with maxemail for 8 years and 1. The service is billet proof. 2. Inexpensive. 3. Indispensable 4. Simple to use. 5. Fax to/from anywhere in the world with a scanner, PC and an Internet connection. I just got the iPhone app and can see where this is headed lol.

Been using MaxEmail for the last 5 years and its always been great. Very economical, reliable, and good options for sending faxes (email, upload through the website) When I saw they had an app, I thought, ah, this is just going to be one of those apps that basically just lets you access their website or whatever. Was I ever wrong! It integrates with just about every cloud option I can think of (Dropbox, Google Docs, DAV servers, you name it) and has a great little built-in scanner/PDF optimizer. Now I just wish I sent more faxes!

Great app. Works great but no easy way to pay for subscription once free trial ends.. Still not sure how to pay..??

I needed an easy to use solution for sending faxes from my phone. I used general common sense and set up the app the way I thought it should be configured. I tried sending a cover page only fax and keep getting an error that the account was not active. There is no explanation on how to set up an account. Ive spent 20 minutes trying to navigate and not real happy with this app. Ill try another.
